Returns Policy – Full refunds for returns within 30 days of purchase with receipt and original package and tags. After 30 days, returns subject to 15% restocking fee.

Back Order/ Out of Stock Policy – If we are unable to fulfill your order within a week for any reason, we will credit your credit card for the backordered item(s) only. At checkout you have an option to have backordered items sent to you; please select either Yes or No at this time. Normal shipping policies apply to all backorders.

Order Terms and Conditions – We only accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. All orders will require you to provide us with your email address and telephone number so that we can contact you in case we have questions about your order.

Privacy Policy - At Hanover Outdoors we know how important your privacy is to you. That is why we use a secure database to collect and maintain your information. We will not share any of the information you provide to us without your permission. We will not sell or give our list of customer informaiton to any other company.

The information we collect from you allows us to: Process and track your order; Contact you if necessary; Send promotional and sale notices to you; and Improve our customer service.

Please be aware that we use other companies to provide certain services including credit card processing and shipping. In these instances, we will only provide these companies with the information necessary for them to perform their services.

On rare occasions, we may be required to disclose specific information upon governmental request, in response to a court order, or when required to do so by law, or while assisting in fraud protection/investigations. We will not provide information to these agencies or companies for marketing or commercial purposes.
