Guided Fishing Trips

Interested in learning how to fly fish?  Or just need a guide to show you where to fish in NH or VT?  We can help!  

Hanover Outdoors offers the following guided fishing trips (late April thru late October):

Wading Trips

We offer catch-and-release, wading trips on the White and Ottauquechee Rivers (in Vermont) and the Sugar and Mascoma Rivers (in NH), plus numerous small Brook trout streams in the warmer summer months.

Full-day wading trips (roughly 8 hours) are $275 for one angler — add $75 for each additional angler (maximum 3 people per guide). Our guide will provide lunch on full day trips, so please let us know of any food allergies or health concerns.

Half-day wading trips (4 hours) are $190 for one angler; $50 for each additional angler.

We can supply all the gear (rods from Grey’s, Hardy reels and SIMMS waders and sticky rubber boots) so we’ll need to know your shoe sizes unless you plan to use your own waders.

In order to reserve a guide and specific date, we need this information. No dates can be confirmed without this step. Costs listed above do NOT include a fishing license or guide tips.

Our policy is a 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm guide and date with the balance to be paid day of trip. We fish, regardless of the weather, with the exception of extreme conditions. The deposit can be made with a credit card over the phone or with anyone here at the store. You may also purchase a Hanover Outdoors Gift Certificate to be used for any of our trips.

In order to reserve a guide, please give us as much lead time as possible.  We have 5 in-house guides, so we usually can accommodate your needs if we have enough time to work out the scheduling.  Thank you!
