Fly Tying School
Want to tie your own flies? It's much easier than you think and a great way to spend those cold winter nights waiting for the ice to melt on your favorite stream. We offer fly tying schools for beginning, intermediate and advanced levels. Rick Hamel teaches these fly tying schools. He has more than 30 years of experience fly fishing, guiding, teaching casting, and professional fly tying. CostA fee of $60 (cash or check) must be paid at the time of registration to Rick Hamel. You will need to bring or purchase your own equipment and materials prior to the first class. For beginners, you must purchase the class fly tying book and kit. During your class, you will receive 15% off all purchases of equipment and materials. Class times are flexible, starting as early as 4 PM but not later than 5:30, and run for 2 hours each.
